Hawken Creative takes excellent care in the development and support of its software and will take all the required and recommended steps to ensure the stability of its products.
Hawken Creative is not responsible for any damage or loss of orders due to a failed integration execution.
Hawken Creative will provide at LEAST 24 hours notice before any scheduled downtime.
Hawken Creative reserves the right to revoke access to the Integrations platform in the event of tampering or the integration platform is used in a way that breaks Australian law.
Hawken Creative reserves the right to enforce usage limits for its API, if usage has exceeded fair limits. During the Hawken Creative Integrations beta, Hawken Creative reserves the right to update product pricing with 1-month notice.
Hawken Creative Assumes no liability for any customer communications or actions, customers, of the Hawken Creative platform are fully and completely liable for any and all actions and use of the Hawken Creative Platform

If you wish to access your Personal Information, please contact us in writing.Hawken Creative will not charge any fee for your access request, but may charge an administrative fee for providing a copy of your Personal Information.In order to protect your Personal Information we may require identification from you before releasing the requested information.
